Moves and Giggles Booking Terms and Conditions

The Old School, Poyle Road, Tongham, GU10 1DS (St. Paul’s Church’s       function room).

The  event is open to children aged 3-11.

All  children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Tickets sold in advance and not  at the door on the date of the event.
• Entry  fee is payable upon making a booking. 
• All  attendees must present their booking confirmation at the entrance.

• Parents/guardians  are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.
• The  event organizers will provide a safe environment but are not liable for  any injuries or accidents.
• In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the event staff.

• Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.
• Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
• Any attendee found violating the code of conduct may be asked to leave the event.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
• The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

• Please  ensure your child is in good health before attending the event.
• Hand  washing and toilet facilities will be available at the venue.
• If   your child feels unwell during the event, please inform the event staff   immediately.

• The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or make changes to the event  details.
• In  case of cancellation, attendees will be notified via email or phone.

• If  the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to  all prepaid bookings.
• Please  note we do not offer any refund on sold tickets in case you won’t be able  to attend, but you could gift/ resell your ticket to somebody else. 

• Photographs  and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• By  attending the event, you consent to the use of your child's image in  promotional materials.
• If  you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please inform the  event staff upon arrival or in advance via email.

• Parking is available on site at the church’s car park, please note spaces are limited , and on the 'first comes first serves' basis, the event organisers can’t reserve or ensure parking spaces for attendees.
• The event organisers can’t accept any responsibility for vehicles parked at the car park, attendees are responsible for their own vehicles.
